Lamb Chops a l'orange
Looking for something different? Try lamb chops with marmalade.
4 lamb chops, about 2 pounds
4 orange slices, 1/2 inch thick
1/2 cup orange marmalade
Places chops in a 10-inch, heat-resistant, non-metallic skillet.
Sprinkle chops with garlic and salt.
Place fresh orange slice on top of each chop.
Spread marmalade over each chop and orange slice.
Heat in Microwave Oven 14 to 16 minutes or until chops are tender.
