Bacon Wrapped Mushrooms
A delicious, easy to prepare snack or party appetizer.
|10 strips of bacon
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Wrap each mushroom with a slice of bacon. (I like to start at the top, and then wrap around to the bottom.) Stick a toothpick through the top to secure the bacon in place.
- Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Cook for 15 minutes (slightly longer if the bacon is not evenly brown.)

The only negative is that the bacon flavor can be kind of strong. You definitely can't eat too many in one sitting. Other than that, these are a delicious treat that are really easy to make. Mmmm.... bacon :)
