The official name for this cake is "Larry Murphy's Crazy Chocolate Cake." I don't know about Crazy, but it definitely is Delicious.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cake flour
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons safflower oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup water
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pour dry ingredients into a 9x9 inch baking dish and mix together until uniform.
Pour wet ingredients into the baking dish and mix until smooth.
Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes or until you can place a fork in it and the fork comes out clean.
